U11 - U15 Youth Wrestling Program

Two wrestlers compete on a yellow mat with a referee closely observing.

Foundations & Development: U11 – U15 Wrestling (Ages 9 to 14 years)

Level up your game with structured training designed for the growing athlete. As wrestlers move into the U11–U15 age groups, our focus shifts toward mastering the technical fundamentals of the sport. Our 90-minute sessions, held three times a week, provide a more structured environment where athletes can develop the strength, discipline, and "mat IQ" needed to succeed.

What to Expect:

  • Technical Excellence: We break down high-percentage takedowns, escapes, and pinning combinations through focused drilling.
  • Athletic Conditioning: Practices include sport-specific strength and agility work to build a powerful foundation.
  • Mental Toughness: Beyond the physical, we teach the resilience, sportsmanship, and focus that wrestling is known for.
  • Competitive Readiness: Whether they want to compete or just get in the best shape of their lives, we provide the tools to help them reach their goals.

Practice: Mon, Tues & Thu 5:30–7:00 PM

First Practice Monday, Nov 2, 2026 &

Season Ends March 24, 2027.
